PT - Flexible Hours

 

Reporting Structure:

The Para reports to the HSE Supervisor who leads the social media and monthly newsletters for our school district.  

 

Performance Agreement:

The Wayne Township Adult Education (WTAE) Registration Para will perform all aspects of the communicated job description.  This employee will effectively meet performance expectations of the MSD of Wayne Township. Formal performance evaluation will be conducted annually. 

 

Purpose:  To provide collect success stories from our program

 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Description: Success Story Paraprofessional will conduct brief interviews with current students to capture their journey in Adult Education. Paraprofessional will take a photo of the interviewee and submit the story and photo digitally. 

 

Duties: 20 stories submitted annual (2 per month). Two hours each month to complete stories. Ideally, the candidate would have the ability to come one evening, and one morning each month, as well as the flexibility to go to offsites and CT. 

 

Requirements: 

• Strong verbal communication skills 
• Strong technology skills including: 
• Google Suites proficiency (Google Docs and Google Drive) 
• Photography ability 
• Navigate Connectable 
• Strong writing skills (grammar and conventions) 
• Personable and outgoing!
